Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, please notify us of your decision by email at contact@reveilexpress.com. You can use the withdrawal form available on our site or any other document clearly indicating your wish to withdraw.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documents provided. Returned products must be in resalable condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the product is defective or does not comply with the order.

Return procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@reveilexpress.com to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions.
  2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided to you by our customer service.

Refund

Once the products have been returned and checked, we will refund the full amount of the order, including the initial delivery costs, within 30 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering.
In the event of a reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, a discount may be applied.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at contact@reveilexpress.com with a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the product. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Exceptions

Certain types of products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, such as:

  • Opened and used products.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products on sale or on promotion.

These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

Cancellation of order

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@reveilexpress.com. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure once you receive the product.
