The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions under which Réveil Express© offers its stylish and unique alarm clock products for sale to its Customers via the Site.

Réveil Express© offers for sale high-quality alarm clocks, designed by renowned designers. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site. The photographs and descriptions of the products are given for information purposes only and have no contractual value. Réveil Express© strives to describe and present the products as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur.

Any order placed on the Site constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. To place an order, you must follow these steps:
1. Select products and add them to the cart.
2. Validate the basket.
3. Fill in the billing and shipping information.
4. Validate the payment.
Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email. Réveil Express© reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including in the event of a payment problem, incorrect address or abuse.

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are indicated when ordering. In the event of a damaged package, you must notify the carrier and Réveil Express© within 3 working days.
In the event of an incorrect address provided by the Customer, Réveil Express© cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the order. The final decision rests with Réveil Express©, which may ask the Customer to:
1. Pay the full cost of reshipping to have the order reshipped to them, including in cases where the Customer has benefited from free delivery, or
2. Pay the full amount of the order if the customer wishes to have the order shipped again. Réveil Express© reserves the right to decide on the final procedure.

In accordance with current legislation, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email to contact@reveilexpress.com. The products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Once the products have been returned and checked, we will refund the full amount of the order, including the initial delivery costs, within 30 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering. In the event of a decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, a discount may be applied.

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defective product, please contact us at contact@reveilexpress.com providing a detailed description of the problem. After validation, the defective product will be replaced or refunded. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear or accidents.

Réveil Express© cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. The liability of Réveil Express© under the General Terms and Conditions may not exceed an amount equal to the amounts paid or payable during the transaction giving rise to said liability.
